Terms and Conditions
These terms govern all sales made by Hismans Sullivan, a sole trader registered in Belgium under VAT number BE0764282794, operating under the artistic name Tarot Sheet Revival. By placing an order, you fully accept the following conditions.
Products
The products offered are artisan tarot decks, available in limited editions, either printed or entirely hand-painted, and often hand-packaged. Some items are custom-made (painted or packaged to order).
Orders & Payment
Orders are only processed after full payment, via PayPal.
Some items are available as pre-orders or in limited editions, which may require longer production times.
Processing Time & Shipping
Standard processing time is 2 to 10 working days, depending on the product.
Fully hand-painted tarots may require up to 4 months of production.
Shipping is handled via Bpost (Belgium and international) and DPD (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy).
All shipments include tracking, which is available upon email request.
Prices & Modifications
Prices, product descriptions, site content, and these terms may be modified at any time without prior notice. Updated terms apply to all orders placed after their publication.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are borne by the buyer. They are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or return.
Claims, Returns and Refunds
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to non-customised products, which must be returned in perfect condition and at the buyer’s expense.
Items that are handmade or made to order (such as painted or customised packaging) are considered custom products and are not eligible for return or refund.
Returned items must be in unused and resellable condition. If the product shows signs of handling, wear, or any damage that makes it unsellable as new, the seller reserves the right to apply a partial refund reflecting the actual loss in value and production costs.
In case of a parcel being returned by refusal at delivery, the buyer must ensure that the product remains unopened and protected. If signs of use or damage are observed upon return, a deduction may apply from the refundable amount.
In the event of a product being damaged during shipping, a partial or full replacement may be offered. The seller generally handles the claim process with the carrier directly.
PayPal fees and shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or accepted return.
Any additional costs incurred during the return process — such as return shipping, relabelling or postal handling fees — may also be deducted from the refund.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, texts and images are the intellectual property of Hismans Sullivan / Tarot Sheet Revival. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Liability
Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, the seller cannot be held liable for any delays, losses, or damage that may occur during transit.
However, in the event of damage, the seller will usually handle the claims process directly with the carrier and may offer the buyer a partial or full replacement.
Applicable Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, amicable resolution will always be prioritised. Failing that, the competent courts under Belgian jurisdiction will apply.
